Massage Therapist's Terms and Conditions of Service

Our Business Concept

Massage Therapist & Spa is an innovative concept that brings massage therapy to the homes, offices and hotel rooms of our clients. And we understand that a large number of home service massage clients require maximum privacy. Be rest assured that Massage Therapist & Spa maintains total confidentiality of all our clients at all times. In our continued effort to maximize confidentiality, the Management handles all communications regarding each booking between the client and the firm. And to prevent identity leaks of our clients at all times, we DO NOT ALLOW DIRECT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OUR CLIENTS AND MASSAGE THERAPISTS, except while in the process of rendering massage services. At such point, direct communication between the client and our massage therapist is necessary. Even at that, always remember to keep it professional.

During your massage session, keep in mind the following:

• Never disclose your real name to our massage therapists
• Never disclose your real profession or contact address to our therapists
• Never share your phone number with our massage therapists

We do not allow any of our therapists to go into a massage session with mobile phones and/or cameras. This measure is taken to avoid any client worrying about a careless therapist snapping a photo or recording a video of him/her and posting it on social media platforms, etc.

You, as a client, also have a role to play to always maintain absolute privacy. You agree before using our service that you will not give out your personally-identifying details to any of our massage therapists. Failing to comply with this section of our Terms and Conditions of Service is a breach of contract. And resultantly, our firm would cease to consider you as a client. If you do not agree with this condition, do not use our service.
